Patty Garrison has owned and operated Rancho Sierra Vista Equestrian Center since 1981 — a family-run program built on the conviction that the relationship between horse and rider is worth protecting above all else. What began as a small boarding operation on the edge of San Juan Capistrano has grown into one of Orange County's most respected full-service equestrian facilities.

Over four and a half decades, Patty has guided riders at every level of the Southern California circuit — from first-lesson beginners finding their balance to experienced competitors preparing for Del Mar, Blenheim, the LAEC Winter Circuit, and HITS Thermal. Her approach has always been the same: patient, precise, and horse-first.

The decision to build an on-site veterinary hospital at RSV was Patty's — and it remains the detail that separates Rancho Sierra Vista from every other barn in the region. Horse owners at RSV don't wait for a vet to arrive. Care is already here.
